Resetting/Forgot Your Password:


If you don't remember your password, or you are not sure if you are already registered, please go to our Member Account login page: www.tbobic.org/login.php and click on the "Forgot Password" link.

After clicking on the link to the login page above, enter your email address when prompted and click submit.

  • If your email is on file, you will receive a successful message stating that your password will be emailed to you shortly.
  • To ensure that you receive our email in your inbox, please add info@tbobic.org to your safe list. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox.
  • If the system does not recognize your email address, it will tell you your email does not exist in our database and you are not registered. Please follow the steps to your right.
Resetting Your Password

Member Account Setup Instructions:

If you do not have the correct email and password, or are experiencing other issues logging into your account, we offer two ways for you to setup your account:

  1. Register On-line
    • Please Register On-line to access your personal member account page.
    • You will be taken to a page that says to check your email upon registering.
    • To ensure that you receive our activation email in your inbox, please add info@tbobic.org to your safe list. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox.
  2. Contact Us
    • Your Member Login information is sent by email to your personal email address on file at the ministry. If the ministry does not have your email, or your email needs to be updated, or you have not received an email from the ministry, please contact us at 832-856-5722 or email info@tbobic.org.
    • Provide your correct information.
    • Let them know you would like to be setup to access your Member Account information online.
    • To ensure that you receive our email in your inbox, please add info@tbobic.org to your safe list. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox.
    • An email will be sent to you containing a secure, system-generated password and your member ID#.
    • Your password will only be known and seen by you.
    • If you do not receive an email with your login information, please contact us at 832-856-5722 or email info@tbobic.org.
    • You can access your account information with your:
      • Email address
      • Member ID and Password
